I utilize an eclectic approach based on supporting each client’s unique evolution. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Psychodynamic Approaches, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (of which I am formally trained), Solution Focused and Narrative Psychology.

I have more than 25 years experience working with individuals and couples. I feel it is very important to provide an empathetic and caring environment, without judgement. The process of identifying and releasing ideas, beliefs, and behavior that no longer serve us can be a transformative experience in becoming whole.
