THERE ARE TIMES IN OUR LIVES when we can feel imprisoned by our mindsets and beliefs,
by our fears and conditioning. I believe that psychotherapy can be a process of healing,
self discovery, and a path towards freedom. I utilize an eclectic approach based on
supporting each client’s unique evolution. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,
Family Systems Therapy, Psychodynamic Approaches, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
(of which I am formally trained), Solution Focused and Narrative Psychology.
I have more than 25 years experience working with individuals and couples.
